The Hivemind LLC - Effective June 10, 2026
Hivemind is internal automation and productivity tooling operated by The Hivemind LLC. The application connects to Google services solely on behalf of the account owner who authorizes it, to read and manage that owner's own data (Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Tasks) for personal and internal business automation.
With your explicit authorization via Google's OAuth consent flow, the application accesses Google user data only as needed to perform automation you direct: reading and organizing files, drafting and managing email and calendar entries, and updating documents and spreadsheets. Access is initiated by the account owner and serves no other party.
Data retrieved from Google services is processed on infrastructure owned and controlled by The Hivemind LLC. Authorization tokens are stored encrypted at rest. Retrieved content is retained only as long as needed for the automation task that requested it.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties, use it for advertising, or transfer it except as required by law.
Hivemind's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You may revoke the application's access at any time via your Google Account permissions page. Stored tokens become invalid upon revocation.
