Hivemind is automation and productivity software operated by The Hivemind LLC ("we", "us") for use by authorized account owners. By connecting your accounts or using the software, you agree to these terms.
The service acts only on data belonging to, and at the direction of, the account owner who authorizes it. You are responsible for the instructions you give the service and for maintaining the security of your own accounts.
Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Hivemind LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
